I bought my Brother sewing machine from Diane 2 1/2 years ago. I have had a few problems with it but when I cleaned out the bobbin area, it always solved the problem. Until it didn't! I called the shop hoping, but not expecting, that she would be able to look at it quickly because I had a deadline on a quilt I was making. She came through for me! She told me to bring it right in! She took it apart while I waited and gave it a good cleaning in places I couldn't. It is now working fine! She also gave me tips for when I cleaned it myself. Talk about service with a smile!!! You would have to look long and hard to find someone as helpful and knowledgeable as Diane. I highly recommend this shop. One more thing. I was looking for a particular fabric brand. She didn't have what I wanted so she told me several shops that carried that particular brand. I highly recommend Diane for sewing machine repairs and the shop for just an all around great place to buy your fabrics and machines! Testimonial written by Carol Arnold on this site.
